Terms & Conditions & Agreements Regarding U.S. Corporate Limousine


  • U.S. Corporate Car and Limousine services welcome all major credit cards and charges clients credit card unless a corporate account has been established.
  • A standard 20% gratuity is applied to all service bills. Customers can pay more at their consent.
  • Client is responsible for all tolls, parking and airport fees. These charges will be applied to the bill at the end of the service.
  • U.S. Corporate Car and Limousine has the right to change rates at any time without notice.
  • All service rates and bills are computed in US dollars.
  • A quote can be requested via U.S. Corporate Car and Limousine’s online “get quote” service or by calling 1-908-758-1024.

Hourly Rates

  • Hourly rates are pre-determined based on the city of service and the type of vehicle issued for services. Hourly rates are billed at a minimum of 3 hours. This time starts from the time the vehicle leaves office until the time it returns.
  • In the event of post 3 hour minimum requirement, fraction of an hour is rounded and billed to the next half-hour.
  • U.S. Corporate Car and Limousine has the right to change rates at any time without notice.

Airport, Train and Ocean line travels

  • Domestic airline flight arrivals benefit a 30 minute waiting grace period.
  • International airline flight arrivals benefit a 1 hour waiting grace period.
  • Waiting time at pickup locations is calculated in 15 minute increments and will result in billing.
  • Any stops off or in route are rounded into 15 minute increments and will result in billing.
  • U.S. Corporate Car and Limousine monitors domestic and international flights and waiting time and billing starts (30 minute for domestic flights) (1 hour international flights) after flight arrival.
  • U.S. Corporate Car and Limousine will not monitor Train and Ocean liner schedules, billing begins post scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations, Modifications, and No Shows

  • If for any reason a reservation is cancelled and modified within 2 hours of pick-up time a full charge equal to the cost of the quoted services must be paid by the customer.
  • Cancellation and modifications regarding bus and international reservations must be made 24 hour prior to the scheduled pick-up time; not doing so will result in a full charge equal to the quoted price for the trip.
  • A no show occurs when a customer is not at the dedicated pick-up location and the chauffeur is unable to locate the customer. To avoid no show fees, customer must call the company (908) 758-1024 if he or she cannot locate their chauffeur.


  • On line reservations must be made and confirmed 6 hours prior to the pick-up time. Once a reservation has been submitted, the customer will be sent an email confirmation. If the customer does not receive an email within 2 hours, please call the company (908) 758-1024. Online reservations can be denied due to invalid data entry (invalid credit card information or incomplete address) or due to limited availability. It is customer’s responsibility to verify that their submission has been confirmed or denied.
  • U.S. Corporate Limousine requires credit card information for all online reservations. No charges are issued until the reservation has been confirmed and has been completed or “cancelled billable”.
  • In case of extreme rise is national gas price U.S. Corporate Limousine may charge 10% fuel surcharge.
  • Smoking in U.S. Corporate Limousine Vehicles is not allowed.
